유네스코국제무예센터는 개인정보보호법 등 관련 법령상의 개인정보보호 규정을
준수하며, 지원자들의 개인정보보호에 최선을 다하고 있습니다.
○ 개인정보 수집 및 이용주체
본 E-mail을 통해 제출하는 지원서는 유네스코국제무예센터가 직접 접수하고 관리하며, 향후 지
원서 관리책임은 유네스코국제무예센터에 있습니다.
○ 수집 및 이용 목적
- 2023 모의 유네스코 회의 대표단 선발 전형의 진행, 진행단계별 결과 등 선발 관련 정보 안내
및 향후 활동관리
○ 수집 및 이용할 항목
- 개인식별정보 : 이름, 성별, 생년월일, E-mail, 전화번호, 주소
- 학력사항 : 학교, 전공, 학적상태
- 개인식별정보 등 필수적 정보 외에 본인이 제공한 정보 : 취미, 관련 경력 및 활동사항, 외국어
능력, 기타 특기 사항
○ 개인정보의 처리 및 보유기간
개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 다음과 같이 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 대표단 선발 완료 후 즉시 파기 * 지원자께서 삭제를 요청하실 경우 즉시 파기
- 단, 최종 선발된 참가자에 한하여 수집일로부터 1년간 보관
○ 동의를 거부할 권리 및 동의를 거부할 경우 불이익
개인정보의 수집, 이용, 제공 등과 관련한 위 사항에 대하여 원하지 않는 경우 동의를 거부할 수
있습니다. 다만, 지원자 동의를 거부하는 경우 지원과정에서 불이익이 있을 수 있음을 알려드립
니다.

ㅇ Topic: 「Building international solidarity for the successful

Fit for Life」
ㅇ Model: UNESCO General Conference and CIGEPS (Intergovernmental
Committee for Physical Education and Sports)
ㅇ Schedule (tentative)
ㅇ Total Number of Delegates: 40~45
(36 for 18 CIGEPS member states, 4~9 for CIGEPS consultative members
and other UNESCO member states)
ㅇ Participation Fee: Free (accommodation and meals will be provided
during the conference)

ㅇ Application Period : 26 May ~ 18 June 2023 23:59 (GMT+9)
ㅇ Eligibility: University or graduate school students / open to all nationalities
ㅇ Requirements
① English communication skills (including writing) are essential.
② The participant shall attend the conference in person.
③ The travel cost to Chungju is borne by each participant. In principle, ICM does
not provide visa support to Korea or transport to Chungju.

ㅇ Preferred candidates
① Candidates who have extensive experience and strong backgrounds in
international organisations, model UN, sport, martial arts and other relevant
fields
② Nationals of the country to be represented
ㅇ Total number of delegates: 40~45 (subject to change based on the applicants’ profiles)
① CIGEPS member states: 36 (2 delegates per each of 18 states)
② CIGEPS consultative members and other UNESCO member states: 4~9
(1 delegate per each organisation)
ㅇ It is highly recommended to form a team of two(2) and apply for one of the
below listed CIGEPS member states. (Individual application will be still
accepted.) For CIGEPS consultative members or other UNESCO member states,
each individual can choose one organisation or state from the list below and
apply for its delegate position.
ㅇ List of CIGEPS member states and consultative members
ㅇ The organiser has the sole right to allocate the applicants to the CIGEPS
member states, consultative members, or other UNESCO member states after
reviewing the submitted application forms and conducting the interviews.
