Introduction of Department
The Department of Biomedical and Health Sciences, Mokwon University, is the first undergraduate in Korea to combine biomedical engineering and health healthcare. It is the only four-year private university in Daejeon that specializes in the Ministry of Education (NURI business 2005-2009 + CK business 2014-2019) It is a prestigious faculty in the field of biomedical health that strives to cultivate excellent students with the full support of the government and schools by achieving the achievements selected in ).

Educational Goal
The Department of Biomedical and Health Sciences aims to cultivate professional manpower to play a pivotal role in the biomedical engineering and health healthcare sectors, which show the fastest growth rate in the 21st century.
The Biomedical Engineering major aims to produce excellent science and technology engineers in the fields of biomedicine, biotechnology, and genetic engineering, which will play a key role in the future high-tech biomedical engineering industry. In line with this, Bio-Health Care major intend to cultivate excellent experts in the field of life science-based health education, health and beauty industry.
Curriculum
