Introduction of Department

Students can naturally prepare for practical tasks required by the company through systematic curriculum and education programs by grade level, and at the same time, through their own personalized career guidance through 1:1 mentoring with the advisor assigned to each student. Students can systematically establish and implement a career development plan.

Educational Goal

The goal of education is to cultivate excellent international culture experts with foreign language skills and knowledge of the international communitIn the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, We understand the management theory necessary for corporate management activities, and require practical professionals with flexible thinking that can quickly adapt to the changing business environment.

The Department of Business Administration at Mokwon University actively responds to the needs of these business sites, and actively supports students' social advancement by developing/providing more practical oriented education based on overall learning on business administration. Through this, we aim to cultivate volunteers who ultimately contribute to the community and the country.

Ist Grade
  • 1st Semester: Theory of Business Administration
  • 2nd Semester: Excel and OA Practice, Information Society and Accounting, Organization Theory
2nd Grade
  • 1st Semester: Financial Market Understanding, Marketing Principles, Financial Accounting, Small and Medium sized Business Theory
  • 2nd Semester: Management Science, Distribution Management Theory, Financial Management, Intermediate Accounting
3rd Grade
  • 1st Semester: Management Information System, Production Management, Computational Accounting, Organizational Behavior Theory, Securities Investment Theory, Sales Promotion Theory
  • Semester 2: Financial Futures Market Theory, Corporate Entrepreneurship, Tax Accounting, Consumer Behavior Analysis, Human Resource Management, Environment and Management Strategy
4th Grade
  • 1st Semester: Service Operation Management, Market Research Theory, Cost Accounting, Human Relations Theory, Securities and Economics
  • 2nd Semester: Management Analysis and Consulting, Labor Relations Theory, Business Plan Preparation, Internet Marketing, Accounting Information Processing Theory
