Introduction of Department

The Faculty of Architecture researches and educates the architectural space where humans have lived and lives from a comprehensive perspective. It consists of an architecture major that designs buildings with creativity to realize the beauty of architecture, and an architecture engineering major that builds safe, comfort

Educational Goal

We aim to foster an architect expert with international competitiveness that can create a pleasant and sustainable building environment, respond to the era of technological competition in the globalization, localization, and information society, combine art and technology, and contribute to the improvement

Curriculum

Architecture major (5years)

Ist Grade

It consists of an integrated curriculum to learn the basics of understanding and design in architecture, and the basic mathematics and physics necessary for engineering understanding in architecture.

2nd Grade

Students will learn the basics of various majors in the Faculty of Architecture (architectural design, structure, materials, construction, construction management, building environment).

3rd Grade

Through the design of offices and apartment buildings, advanced learning of architecture majors is conducted.

4th Grade

Through the regional development and the design of a complex facility building, we conduct advanced learning of architecture majors.

5th Grade

Student's architectural view is established and graduation design works are completed based on this.

Architecture major (4years)​

Ist Grade

It consists of an integrated curriculum to learn the basics of understanding and design in architecture, and the basic mathematics and physics necessary for engineering understanding in architecture.

2nd Grade

Students will learn the basics of various majors in the Faculty of Architecture (architectural design, structure, materials, construction, construction management, building environment).

3rd Grade

Students will develop engineering problem-solving skills through advanced learning on structures, construction management, materials, construction, and environment and facilities.

4th Grade

Based on engineering problem-solving skills, students solve problems from a practical point of view and write graduation thesis based on the results.
