Introduction of Department

The Department of Information and Communication Convergence Engineering has established two specialized majors, Information and Communication Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, to lead the next generation of information and communication technology that is the basis of the 4th industrial revolution.

• The Department of Information and Communication Engineering covers the convergence of rapidly growing information and communication technology (ICT) and next-generation communication technology.
• In the AI ​​major, you will receive training that can be applied to the field of AI, mainly software such as big data, artificial intelligence (machine learning), and advanced AI programming.
• In the Digiin Information Technology major, students in the undergraduate school are integrating with the design field to train engineers with design thinking. In particular, you can acquire multiple majors along with information and communication engineering majors or artificial intelligence majors.

Educational Goal

We cultivate professional engineers who can analyze and understand professional knowledge and materials, and design and implement target systems by utilizing engineering knowledge and tools necessary for engineering practice in the field of information and communication.

It serves as a member of a multidisciplinary team and trains engineers with a strong sense of professional responsibility and ethics and an international sense.
