Introduction of Department
It is the first department of visual communication design in Daejeon in 1978 with a history and tradition that began with industrial art and graphic majors and developed for 42 years.
Numerous seniors are employed in a variety of ways, including large corporate design rooms, large advertising companies, package specialists, video and games.
In addition, the Department of Visual Design teaches creative design that wins big prizes every year in external competitions.
Educational Goal
In order to study the communication method of various information perceived through vision, and to design the realities of the information in a form suitable for purpose and ahead of the times, cultivate historical flow and creative thinking ability through theoretical learning, and field performance through practical practice Go through the process of building skills. In particular, computer design-related subjects are taught in-depth, advertising designers, package designers, visual designers, content designers, game designers, UX, UI designers, editorial designers, CI/BI, creative and visionary visual designers who lead the digital era of the 21st century. We train designers, CF directors, and character designers.

An in-depth visual major course in which the detailed major of visual design is practiced and the work results are completed into a graduation exhibition and portfolio.
